TERMS OF USE

A deliberate launch has clear boundaries.

These terms describe the basic rules for using Fieldline's private workspace and controlled reception workflow.

A controlled service

Fieldline provides workspace and reception-workflow tools for service businesses. Features remain private or in testing until the parties agree that a specific workflow is ready to use.

Owner responsibility

Each business is responsible for its services, pricing, availability, customer relationships, staffing, and every customer-facing decision it approves. Fieldline does not guarantee a booking, repair, response time, or business outcome.

No emergency use

Fieldline is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergency communications. If there is an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

Authorized information

You may provide only information you are allowed to use and must keep your workspace access secure. Do not use Fieldline to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.

Messaging and connections

Any messaging, phone, calendar, or workflow connection requires a separate approved setup. Consent, carrier rules, platform rules, and the selected provider's terms continue to apply.

Fieldline Controlled SMS Test

This program sends up to two non-marketing test notices to an owner-approved mobile number after explicit opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The program is not for emergencies or customer marketing.

Changes and availability

Fieldline may improve, pause, or change a private setup to protect customers, owners, or the service. A live pilot should have its scope, support path, and commercial terms confirmed in writing.

These public terms are a plain-language launch policy. Any paid or live client relationship should include written service terms appropriate for the business, its location, and the enabled features.
